What to include
- The listing URL, facility name, and location.
- The proposed correction and the fact that should be replaced.
- Provide supporting evidence, such as an official facility page, public notice, current facility contact information, or a recent dated observation.
- Links to sources that a reviewer can check.
Review process
Reports are reviewed before publication and never change listings automatically. We may contact the facility or reporter when the evidence conflicts or needs clarification.

Corrections start from the listing itself: find the court, open its page, and choose Suggest an update so the report is attached to the right facility.
