Website measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. These services do not use analytics cookies or create a profile that follows you across websites.

We remove query strings and fragments from measured page and performance URLs. We record a limited set of directory actions, such as whether a search used filters or a court link was selected. We do not send search text, selected filter values, coordinates, form contents, names, or email addresses in analytics events.

Location and external links

Location is requested only when you choose Use my location. Your coordinates are used transiently to calculate distance and are not added to our court data or analytics.

Court links may take you to a map, facility website, or another third-party service. That service's privacy terms apply when you visit it.

Information you submit

If you send us a correction, missing-facility report, claim, or other message, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use it to review the request, communicate with you, protect the service, and maintain accurate records. Submissions are reviewed before publication and never change a listing automatically.

Sharing, retention, and security

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers working for us, when you direct us to, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the directory, its users, or our rights.

We retain submitted information only as reasonably needed for those purposes and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee complete security.

Advertising

We do not currently run advertising scripts or ad units. No advertising cookies are set when you use the site today.

We may show ads from Google AdSense in the future. If Google AdSense ads are enabled, Google and its partners, as third-party vendors, will use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in Google Ad Settings, and you can opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Before advertising is enabled, we will update this policy and add any required consent controls.
