Acceptance and service

By using Local Pickleball Courts, you agree to these terms. The service is a factual court directory provided by Toko Ventures LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Responsible use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content without permission, or violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Facility information

We do not guarantee that facility information is accurate, complete, current, or that a facility is open, safe, accessible, or available. Hours, fees, rules, access, conditions, and services may change without notice. Confirm time-sensitive information directly with the facility before visiting.

Submissions

If you submit factual data or media that you own, you grant Toko Ventures LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and redistribute those submitted factual data and user-owned media for operating, improving, and promoting the directory.

You represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights needed to grant this license. Do not submit third-party copyrighted media unless you have permission to license it to us.

We may review, reject, edit, or remove a submission. Submissions do not update listings automatically.

Website content and directory information

The site's original design, text, and functionality are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights in directory information vary by source, and these terms do not transfer or override third-party rights. See Data & disclosures.

Third-party services, links, and advertising

The service may link to facility, map, advertiser, or other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices. Your interaction with a third party is governed by its terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, secure transmission, or the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toko Ventures LLC, its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the service.
